Imports, consent and takedown

How listings are brought to Qubihome, who answers for them, and how to ask us to remove one.

Only your own listings

You can import a listing only if you own the property or are authorised to market it, and you have the right to publish its text, photos and other material on Qubihome. Qubihome does not copy listings from other portals, and it does not show listings taken from other websites that nobody on Qubihome has claimed.

How an import works

  • You paste the text, give the address of a page of your own, upload a PDF or screenshot, or upload a CSV file.
  • Qubihome reads the facts (price, place, size, features) and shows them to you. Nothing is published automatically.
  • You check and correct every field, add your own photos and submit the listing. A moderator reviews it before it goes live.
  • Large listing portals are never read by the import tool. If your listing is on one of them, paste its text or upload a PDF instead.

Photos and text

The import tool does not copy photos. You upload photos that you own or are licensed to use. You stay responsible for the text and photos you publish, whatever way they reached Qubihome.

What we record

For every import we keep the date, the type of source (text, page, file or CSV), the host name of the page if you gave an address, and your confirmation that you are entitled to publish the listing. We keep this record with the listing so that we can answer a rights complaint. It is part of the data export in your account.

Asking us to remove a listing

If a listing or a photo on Qubihome infringes your rights, or you own the property and did not agree to the listing, write to us from the contact page with the topic "Copyright or takedown request". Tell us which listing it is (its reference or address), what belongs to you, and how we can reach you. We aim to answer within five working days, and we may take the listing offline while we look into it. If an import turns out not to have been authorised, we remove the listing, and repeated misuse ends the account's right to publish.

Your data

Imports can contain personal data, for example the name of an owner in a description. If you are in the EU, you can ask us at any time to give you access to data about you, correct it or delete it. Use the contact page with the topic "Privacy and my data". See also the privacy notice.
