Is Qubihome free for buyers and renters?
Yes. Searching, favorites, comparison, alerts and messaging agents are free. Professionals pay only for optional plans.
Which countries are covered?
Europe and North, Central and South America. Coverage depends on the agents who publish, so some regions have more listings than others.
How accurate are the converted prices?
They are approximate and based on daily rates. The seller's own price and currency always count.
How does the map search work?
Open the map, choose the draw tool and mark a zone. Only listings inside it are shown. You can save the zone as a search and get alerts.
How do alerts work?
Save a search or a favorite while signed in. We tell you about price drops, status changes, new photos and new matches in the app, by email, and on your device if you turn on push notifications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How do I become a verified agent?
Create an account, open the verification page and upload your identity or company documents. A moderator reviews them, usually within a few working days.
Why was my listing not published?
A moderator rejected it, and the reason is shown on the listing in your dashboard. Fix the points mentioned and submit it again.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open your account page, section privacy and data. You can download all your data and delete the account there. Deletion removes your profile, favorites, searches, listings and uploaded files.
